Imagine an experimental gathering of Lao, Thai and French artists on the Mekong banks in Vientiane and Luang Prabang, Laos. In 2008 and 2009, the French Cultural Centre of Vientiane, Festi'Val de Marne and Le Petit Monde have organised this lively cultural mix up from outer space. Its philosophy of strong humanism and party lets people interact in an emotion-full maelstrom of music, art performance, cabaret, games, food and drinks, hip hop dances, all merged in a giant Guinguette à la française by the Mother of all rivers.
