Ambient inertia (initially called 'Déconstructions et relectures' in French) is an abstract photography project started in 2004. It aims to build an evocative thickness embedded within the image. Floating somewhere between sensation and feeling, the pictures evoke what a sense of memory would perceive.

Colours become subjects as the link to the actual objects vanishes into contemplation and interactive slowness.

Pictures have been taken in Europe and Asia. This work is one of capturing: there are no digital transformations of the photos taken.
